Gift voucher

1. Purchase your voucher in our online shop of your choice
   
   
2.  After payment you will receive a e-mail from us, with your personal voucher code (Please also check your spam folder)
   
   
3. You have the option to print this out. We can send you our gift card upon request.. Simply send us an email at info@levelonefashion.de
   
4.  You then enter your personal code on the gift card for your loved ones.
   
   
5. This will then be used by your loved ones at checkout in our online shop.

Note: Gift vouchers are valid for one year and cannot be redeemed for cash.

How do I proceed with a return?

If the size or the item itself does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please send your return with sufficient postage to:
